Adventigo’s Role

Adventigo.in is an online travel and booking platform that facilitates ferry ticket reservations with third-party ferry operators serving the Andaman Islands and other destinations, as applicable. Adventigo does not own, operate, crew, control, or manage any ferry vessel, port service, embarkation process, sailing schedule, onboard experience, or operational decision. All ferry services are operated solely by the respective ferry operator.

Adventigo’s role is limited to enabling search, booking request submission, payment facilitation, ticket issuance coordination, customer communication and post-booking support, subject to operator approval and policy. The contract of carriage and the actual transport service remain between the passenger and the ferry operator.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adventigo.in platform operated by Adventigo Adventures Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands – 744101.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Adventigo.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Platform Services
Adventigo.in operates as a digital marketplace facilitating bookings for ferry tickets, boat charters, water sports activities, cab services, and curated island experiences in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The Company acts as an intermediary between users and third-party service operators. The Company does not own, operate, or control any ferry vessel, boat, vehicle, or activity facility listed on the platform.

3. User Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a booking. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Booking & Payment
All bookings made through Adventigo.in are subject to availability and operator confirmation. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of payment failure, fraud detection, or operator unavailability.

5. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate passenger details at the time of booking. Incorrect information leading to boarding denial or booking invalidation shall be the sole responsibility of the user. Users must carry valid government-issued photo identification for all ferry and activity check-ins.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on Adventigo.in including text, images, logos, software, and data is the exclusive property of Adventigo Adventures Pvt Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service cancellations, delays, operator negligence, weather disruptions, or any event beyond the Company's reasonable control. Maximum liability shall not exceed the booking value paid by the user.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Adventigo.in – Ferry Operator Specific Terms of Service

Makruzz

Important: Where operator rules differ for a specific sailing, the operator’s applicable rule prevails.

Booking & Ticket Rules: Tickets are generally non-transferable. Passenger details must match valid government ID. Amendments or rerouting may be restricted.

Reporting & Boarding: Passengers should report at least 60 minutes before departure. Late arrival may lead to denied boarding without refund.

Cancellation & Refund: Refund eligibility depends on operator timelines and deductions. Short-notice cancellations and no-shows are typically non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Allowed only subject to seat availability, operator approval, and applicable charges. Rescheduled tickets may become non-refundable.

Weather & Schedule Changes: Sailings may be delayed, cancelled, combined, or rescheduled due to weather, technical, or regulatory reasons.

Green Ocean

Important: Where operator rules differ for a specific sailing, the operator’s applicable rule prevails.

Booking & Ticket Rules: Tickets are generally non-transferable. Passenger details must match valid government ID. Amendments or rerouting may be restricted.

Reporting & Boarding: Passengers should report at least 60 minutes before departure. Late arrival may lead to denied boarding without refund.

Cancellation & Refund: Refund eligibility depends on operator timelines and deductions. Short-notice cancellations and no-shows are typically non-refundable.

Rescheduling: Allowed only subject to seat availability, operator approval, and applicable charges. Rescheduled tickets may become non-refundable.

Nautika

Important: Where operator rules differ for a specific sailing, the operator’s applicable rule prevails.

Adventigo’s Role: Adventigo acts solely as a booking facilitator. Boarding, sailing execution, and transport remain the operator’s responsibility.

Booking Rules: Passenger details must be correct at booking. Changes after ticket issuance may be restricted.

Reporting & Boarding: Passengers should report at least 60 minutes before departure with valid original ID.

Cancellation & Refund: Refunds are governed by operator timelines, deductions, and approval.

Operational Changes: Sailings may change due to weather, safety, operational, or regulatory reasons.

ITT Majestic

Important: Where operator rules differ for a specific sailing, the operator’s applicable rule prevails.

Adventigo’s Role: Adventigo facilitates booking and support only. Transport obligations remain with ITT Majestic.

Ticket Rules: Tickets are non-transferable and passenger details must match government ID.

Reporting & Boarding: Passengers should report 60 minutes before departure. Boarding may close shortly before sailing.

Cancellation & Refund: Refunds are subject to operator deductions, timing rules, and approval.

Baggage & Conduct: Passengers must comply with baggage and safety restrictions. Prohibited items are not permitted.

Schedule Changes: Sailings may be rescheduled or cancelled for weather, technical, or regulatory reasons.
